Yes and no. We can clean vinyl and concrete in the cold, but the detergent we use to make gutters look new requires a temperature of 60 degrees. Other detergents are rated for lower temperatures, but we need the results of the detergent we use. The deck stain we use requires temperatures to be 50 or above, and most concrete sealers require the temperature to be 40 or above.
